Mr. Mather specializes in all areas of family law including divorce, property division, children’s issues, support and adoption. His primary focus is to negotiate a fair settlement of all issues in a separation, including issues surrounding the care and parenting of children, child and spousal support and property division, including pensions.

Our first step in most family law cases is to try to negotiate a timely and fair settlement that meets the needs of our clients. Mr. Mather specializes in mediation and negotiation. If you and the opposing party are willing to work together to reach a resolution on all outstanding issues, a costly court application should not be necessary.
